SSG was targeted to deliver a National Rapid Deployment solution for a world class infrastructure services business. The solution delivers the Rapid Deployment of manned guards to corporate, health care and utility locations throughout the UK. The challenging nature of the end user requirements demanded that the Rapid Deployment Solution was also capable of meeting the various enhanced vetting and training requirements such as, clinical restraint and Physical Intervention raining, Counter Terrorist Check, Scottish Disclosure and BSVR (office for civil and nuclear security). Site specific equipment packs, automated remote location lone worker devices and monitoring were also required within the 4 hour deployment window service level agreement.
Corporate Security Cost Reduction
SSG was targeted to deliver a 40% cost saving whilst maintaining service quality and managing risk within a blue chip corporate headquarters operating environment. Manned Guarding Services were replaced with remote monitoring, emergency response, communications identification, routing and escalation technology, in addition to advanced staff training and supporting service management metrics and service management protocols.
Stock Loss Auditing System
SSG was targeted to deliver a bespoke hand held automated scanning system deployed nationally for a major high street retailer. The system audited the distribution and transport of goods through a national distribution network, managed by a dedicated team of highly trained Auditors.
National Retail Guarding Contract
SSG was targeted to deploy 100 retail guarding officers and supporting rapid deployment teams nationally for in store loss prevention and incident response.
Pharmaceutical Security Guarding
SSG was targeted to deploy a dedicated 24 hr security team with in house control room and CCTV monitoring capability, mail scanning and distribution.
