The Groups Manned Guarding Division delivers lone worker and team based Unformed Security Officers managed through our national office network.
The Manned Guarding Divisional Director takes full responsibility for service and Client management of the manned guarding contract, employing a dedicated account manager for each Client account. Each Account Manager is supported by dedicated local Supervisors and Team Leaders who are empowered to select, employ and manage the operations staff at each location. Each Team Leader has direct line accountability to the Client and is responsible for ensuring quality of service. Typically a Supervisor/Team Leader will manage 10 to 12 staff.
This model of operation has been well proven to encourage local control and decision making, improving quality and flexibility of service and helps to ensure that all administrative activity is Client focussed. Time and attendance safety check calls are managed by the Group control room to ensure full compliance with client requirements and to ensure a safe working environment for our staff.

Each contract is managed within a prescriptive service level agreement and supporting detailed assignment instructions. Contract reviews are conducted on a monthly and quarterly basis with supervisory reviews held weekly.
